Chana daal paratha- Recently I made daal vada's and some ground chana daal paste was lying in my refrigerator.so I wanted to try some thing different and filling,so I tried these paratha's for breakfast and believe me they turn out to be so delicious that my husband want to have these for dinner. Sattu ka paratha is truly banaras ka khana. Sattu is a flour of roasted gram and it is available in banaras very easily. This paratha is a tasty and healthy food when served with tomato salsa or baingan ks bharta , or baingan ka chokha but most of the people like it as it is, may be with a bowl of.

- In a bowl mix sattu and all ingredients for paratha except wheat flour.
- In another bowl mix wheat flour, ghee, baking soda salt and required water and make a dough.
