  7. Cover with a lid and cook on a low flame to 7-8 minutes, when the base turns golden brown in colour and crisp.
  8. Lift the handvo using a large spoon and turn it over to the other sides.
  9. Cover and cook on a low flame for 5-8 minutes.
  10. Cool slightly and cut into squares pieces.
  11. Serve the handvo with green chutney.
