- Stir the mixture continuously till thickens.
- Then add sugar, grated coconut, cinnamon powder and vanilla essence and mix it well.
- Let the sugar dissolve in the mixture and allow all the water to dry.
- When the water is dry, turn off the gas.
- When the mixture has cooled down a little and is comfortable to handle, make carrots or balls of desired size.
