Instructions to make Raw Mango Rice:
  1. Cook the rice as usual, by simply boiling them in water, salt and discarding the rest water once they are cooked. Keep this aside.
  2. Into blender, add mangoes, peanuts, red & green chillies, white sesame, jaggery, coconut and blend into paste.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, white lentils, split bengal gram, red chilli, peanut, asafoetida, curry leaves and stir for 2-3 mins.
  4. Add turmeric and stir again for a while. Add blended paste and mix well.
  5. Add salt, mix well and cook for 3-5 mins on medium flame.
  6. Now add boiled rice and mix well. Cook for 5-7 mins and turn off the flame. Serve hot with curd.
