Steps to make Chorafali:
  1. First of all mix urad dal flour with gram flour.. Heat water in a pan and add salt, baking soda and 2-3 spoon of oil in it
  2. Pour medium hot water in flour and knead a tight dough..apply a little bit of oil to avoid the dough to dry. give a rest of 1/2 an hour to the dough to set completely
  3. Divide the dough into two equal parts..make a ball then roll it as a log
  4. Cut the log into 1/2inch pieces and flatten on a pastry board and cut chorafali pieces(strips)
  5. Heat oil in a pan and fry chorafali in batches in medium heat
  6. Take out of oil and spread on a paper napkin
  7. Mix red chilli powder in black salt and sprinkle over chorafali immediately when put out of oil
  8. Your chorafali is ready to serve..store it in an air tight container and consume till 10-15 days
