  8. Now add all powdered masala and saute on low flame.
  9. Now add all dals and saute for a minute on low flame.
  10. Now add rice and mix well. And pour water approximately 3 cup and mix well.
  11. Now add other ingredients and 1 boil.
  12. Cover the lid of a pressure cooker and put the weight on. Let it cook on medium flame for 4-5 whistle.
  13. Let the pressure completely before opening the lid. Last add finely chopped coriander leaves and mix them well.
  14. Serve this delicious and comforting bowl of shahi veg masala khichdi with yogurt/raita, papad, pickle, buttermilk and ghee.
