- Add chopped ginger and saute.Add chopped veggies and mix it. - I used carrot, cauliflower and peas.
- Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,garam masala and salt and mix well. Add soaked rice and moong dal and water and mix it.
- Add mango pickle and cover the lid. - Cook for 2 whistles and leave for 10 minutes to cool down pressure.
