  1. Now wash dal and put cooker on gas and add 2 glass water,1/2 tbsp salt,1/2 tbsp desi ghee and washed moong dal in this. And cooked it until dal become soft (4 to 5 whistles)
  2. After some time when dal becomes soft,Take a bowl and put dal in this bowl.Now we make tadka for it
  3. Take a pan heat oil and add jeera in this
  4. Now add chopped red chillies and onion in this and fry until it becomes brown
  5. Now add tomato and cook until it's becomes soft
  6. Now add all the spices in this add cook for 5 min.
  7. Now add boiled dal in this and cook for 5-10 mins.Now add 1 tbsp desi ghee to enhance it's taste.
  8. Now ready to serve
