- Heat 2 tbsp Oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, slide the potato cakes into the oil. Fry the pattices till golden brown. Flip them and fry on the other side till crispy and golden brown.
- Once they are cooked, place them on the paper towel lined plate to drain. Repeat with remaining pattices. Serve hot aloo tikkis with ketchup or chutney along with a hot cup of tea or coffee.
