  9. SPRINKLING MASALA: In a bowl, mix salt, asafoetida, coriander powder, cumin powder and black salt. Now add oil. The paste should be consistent enough to pour on locho.
  10. TO SERVE: In a plate, place locho. Add sprinkling masala and green chutney (as per taste) over it. Garnish with nylon Sev and chopped coriander. Add oil if required. Serve Hot.
