- Then add the chopped coriander leaves and water and mix well
- Remove the potatoes and put in a kitchen towel /cloth and dab it dry.
- Now heat a Kadhai and put oil.
- Now put the potato slices in the besan batter and mix well.
- When the oil is hot add the potatoes dipped in the batter in the oil and fry them till nice and crisp. Remove on an absorbent paper.
- Serve hot with ketchup and tea.
