Surti Locho Recipe, How To Make Surti Locho Recipe. A traditional recipe and a street from a city called Surat from the state of Gujarat. Locho in gujarati means a mistake. Surti locho appears to be puffy once cooked.

  1. Take chana dal in a bowl.add 2 cups of water and soak dal for around 3-4 hours.now remove excess water from the dal.grind it to a smooth paste.now take the paste in a bowl and add gram flour and salt.mix well, mix continuously in one direction for 4-5 minutes.the mixture will become lighter and fluffy.cover and keep in a warm place for 5-6 hours to ferment.once the mixture is fermented it would be little lighter.further add ginger chilli paste, salt to taste and turmeric powder.mix well water.
