- Alu ko 7 min tak bhon ke cover kar ke rakh de
- Jab alu almost done hu jae tu green chilli chop add kar
- Yogurt add karein or 10 min ke lie dam pay rakh de
- Yogurt ka pani dey hu jae alu completely soft hu jae or oil separate hu jae tu meethi tiyar ha
- Parathe ke sath serve karein
