  7. Almost 30 mins tak bhone low to medium flame pay
  8. Alu add karein
  9. Alu ko 7 min tak bhon ke cover kar ke rakh de
  10. Jab alu almost done hu jae tu green chilli chop add kar
  11. Yogurt add karein or 10 min ke lie dam pay rakh de
  12. Yogurt ka pani dey hu jae alu completely soft hu jae or oil separate hu jae tu meethi tiyar ha
  13. Parathe ke sath serve karein
