- Wash the mushroom thoroughly and then boil it for 2-3 minutes and then take it out in a bowl.
- Add 4 spoons maida, 4 spoons cornflour, 2 pinch of black pepper, salt to taste and 1/3 cup of water. Mix it and make a batter.
- Put the musrooms in the batter,mix it and leave it for 2-3 minutes.
- In a frying pan add oil and warm it. Then add mushroom and fry it. First single fry it and then double fry it.
- Add oil to the frying pan and warm it. Then add chopped garlic and green chilli and saute it.
- Then add chopped capsicum and onion amd fry it for 2-3 min. Then add blck pepper, salt, soya sauce, tomato sauce and chilli flakes and cook it.
- Then add 1 spoon cornflour in the water and mix it and add it in the frying pan amd cook it for 2 min.
- Then add mushroom to it. Cook it and Chilli mushroom is ready.
- For laccha pratha- add 2 cup maida, 1/2 spoon bakimg soda, 1/2 spoon baking powder, 2 spoon curd, 1 spoon ghee, salt to taste and 1/2 cup water.
- Add all the above ingredients in water and make a dough. Leave it for around 30 minutes. And then make laccha paratha. Serve hot.
