- Make smooth puree of this soaked kokum by adding 2tsp date tamarind chutney in mixer
- Add some water if needed

- In a big bowl mix chickpea, peanuts,kokum chutney,1tsp red chilli powder,1tsp jeera powder,pinch of salt &small pieces of grated ginger
- Next heat 1tsp oil in a pan, once oil heated add finely chopped garlic &curry leaves
- Add chickpea mixture in it,mix it well
- Serve warm with chopped onion &fresh coriander leaves
