  24. Make ready 3/4 cup Frooti or Any Mango Juice
  25. Get 3/4 tsp Pani Puri Masala

  27. Make ready For Jaljeera Pani :
  28. Make ready 2 tbsp Jaljeera Powder
  29. Make ready 1.5 glass Water
  30. Make ready 1 packet Puri
  31. Prepare 3-4 boiled and mashed potatoes
  32. Prepare 1/2 cup Boiled Green Peas or Chickpea

  34. Prepare as required Boondi (optional)

Let it cool down. - Take pulp in a mixer grinder jar and make smooth paste out of it and strain the mixture with the help of the strainer.
  2. Take 1/2 cup of prepared mixture in a deep vessel. Add red chilli powder, dhania jeera powder, salt and black salt. Mix all well and add water. Add spices if required. Keep in refrigerator for at least half an hour. - Add boondi and serve chilled.
  3. Pudina Pani - In a mixer grinder jar take green coriander, mint leaves, roasted jeera, salt and lemon juice. Add little water and make a fine paste. - Strain the prepared paste with the help of the strainer. Add water, pani puri masala, black salt to paste. Mix well. Keep in refrigerator for at least half an hour. Add boondi and serve chilled.
  4. Tomato Pani - Mix tomato ketchup, Pani puri masala and water. Keep in refrigerator. Serve chilled.
  5. Mango Pani - Mix frooti, Pani puri masala and salt. Keep in refrigerator for half an hour. Serve chilled.
  6. Jaljeera Pani - Mix jaljeera masala and water. Keep in refrigerator to chill. Add boondi and serve chilled.
  7. Assembling - Mix boiled and mashed potatoes, boiled green peas or chickpea, salt and chopped coriander leaves for stuffing. - Take one puri and gently make a small hole in the center on top. Put the prepared stuffing inside the puri. Enjoy with chilled Pani of any flavor of your choice.
