  1. 1st marinate the mutton wih a paste made with onion, garlic & ginger,yougart, chuli,cumin, coriendar, turmeric, black pepper, Garam Masala & biriyani masala powder.Add salt to taste & mixed well with white oil. Keep the mutton over night marination.
  2. Soak basmati rice in water for 20mins.
  3. Take a tumbler, put water add salt, whole garam masala, lemon juice & white oil. Once the water started boiling then add pre soaked rice in it & cooked the rice upto 70%.Then drain the water throughly & keep it for cooling.
  4. Take a food pan, put white oil for tempering, add whole peeled potato with salt & turmeric powder & shallow fry & keep it separately.
  5. Then boiled 2 eggs.
  6. Then take a pressure cooker add white oil, add wholwhole garam masala add the marinated mutton, cook 4/5 mins.Then add chilli powder, biriyani masala & salt to taste and stir it well & add kewra -1tsp water, rose water -1tsp & sweet aater 1drop mix well & cook for 10mins,then add 1cup of milk & 1cup of water then close the lid cook it for 5/6 whistles & cook the mutton till the entire water becomes dry.
  7. Next take a deep food pan, brush the food pan with oil.
  8. Then put the 90% cooked mutton & creat a layer, then add cooked rice then again mutton,then rice tgen add potatoes, boiled eggs sprinkle little salt,black pepper powder,biriyani masala & golden fried onion from top.
  9. Again sprinkle with kewra water, rose water, sweet aater (1drop) saffron (mix with milk)from the top.
  10. Put a lid from top sealed with aata dough.
  11. Put the biriyani pot on hot tawa or show flame for 15mins.
  12. Serve the hot biriyani with chilled cucumber.
