Rasiya is one of the most favored of recent trending foods in the world. It is easy, it’s fast, it tastes delicious. It is enjoyed by millions daily. Rasiya is something which I have loved my whole life. They are nice and they look fantastic.

To begin with this particular recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can have rasiya using 2 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you cook it.
The ingredients needed to make Rasiya:
- Take 1 litre full fat milk 1 cup rice 2 tablespoon ghee 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder (optional) 3/4 cup jaggery
- Take 1 tablespoon chopped almonds 1 tablespoon chopped cashew nuts 1 tablespoon chopped pistachio and About 20 raisins

Instructions to make Rasiya:
- Wash rice and soak for at least 1/2 an hour.
- In a mixture coarsely grind the rice.
- In a pan add ghee and roast dry fruits - almonds, cashew nuts, pistachio and raisins. - Once the nuts are roasted add the coarsely ground rice. Stir rice for a minute or so until ghee is coated. Add milk and let the rice simmer and allow the rice to be cooked. Keep stirring rice.
- In a pan add jaggery and half cup water and bring it to boil
- Once rice is half cooked, add jaggery water and continue cooking.Cook until rasiya thickens. Add cardamom powder, ginger powder and dry fruits.
- Garnish with nuts and saffron.
