Steps to make Poha:
  1. In a pan put oil and heat it
  2. Sideways wash poha and keep it aside.
  3. Add mustard seeds and allow it to crackle.
  4. Add finely chopped potatoes and let if fry
  5. Add onions to the pan.. wait till onions turn golden brown
  6. Add salt and the spices according to your taste. I added 1 tsp red chilli powder,2 tsp coriander powder, half tsp turmeric, 1 tsp garam masala
  7. Now add tomato or tomato sok to the above mixture. Let it cook. Once you see oil releasing on sides.
  8. Now add washed and drained poha into the pan
  9. Mix well on medium flame for 1-2 minutes
  10. Now sprinkle lemon juice over it. Garnish with namkeen and serve hot with tea.
