  6. Take 2 or as needed tablespoon water and add in sabzi.Cover it with a lid and let it cook on low heat till it's cooked well. In between check and stir.
  7. Once it's cooked well,add kasuri methi and amchur powder and mix well.
  8. Cover it and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes on low heat.
  9. Switch off the heat. Let it be covered for 5 to 10 minutes more.
  10. It's ready to be served with chapati, paratha or with dal rice etc.
