- Heat a tawa and roast all papad. Then keep it aside.
- Then take a kadhai and add ghee. Now add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, dry red chilli, curry leaves and asafoetida.
- Now add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder. Keep the flame slow.
- Then add curd and keep stirring for 2 minutes. After ghee seperates, add salt, Garam masala and jaggery. Mix it well.
- Add water to adjust consistency. Boil it for 2 minutes.
- Now cut all papad into small pieces with your hand. Transfer it into curry. Sprinkle chopped coriander and serve it.
