Steps to make Guar phali subzi:
- Clean, wash and cut each guar simi into halves. Remove the side thread parts. Pressure cook with salt,turmeric powder, chopped tomatoes and 2 tbsp water, to one whistle. Let the steam release from cooker naturally.
- Crush the garlic cloves. Heat oil in a kadhai, add cumin seeds and hing. Let the cumin seeds splutter. Now add green chilli, chopped and crushed garlic. Saute on low flame till the garlic is fried well.
