  17. Take 1 tsp Ginger chilli paste

  20. Make ready 1/4 tsp garam masala
  21. Take 1/2 tsp red chilli Powder
  22. Take 1/4 tsp haldi/Turmeric powder

  2. It can be cooked on gas in a non stick pan.Take 3 tbsp oil.Add bhindi and salt.Put a Plate on pan with water in it.DO NOT add water in bhindi.cook it with steam on LOW flame,stirr every 2-3 min.then mix all masalas.Keep ready buttermilk and tempering.In a bowl add besan +1 tbsp water,mix well.
  3. In a pan Heat oil,add mustard seeds,Cumin seeds,Ginger chilli paste,garlic paste,hing,curry leaves and Saute on LOW flame for few secs.Add Buttermilk.Mix it.
  4. Immediately add besan slurry and mix it well.Now add salt,haldi,red chilli Powder and garam masala.Mix well.Let it come to a boil.
  5. When kadhi starts boiling,add bhindi subzi in it.stirr well to mix.Let it Cook for 1-2 Min.A nice garlic flavour comes out.Bhindi garlic kadhi is ready.Serve hot with chapatis,or parathas or rice.
