  5. Fir ek kadai me 2/3 spoon sarso ka tel dale thoda panchfuran aur Lal mirch dalkar chatka le fir kuch lahsun ki kaliyan kut kar dale halka bhun ne ke baad Kate hue sabjiyan dalkar fry karein fir pumpkin stems dalkar fry karein
  6. 5 miniute fry karne ke baad mustard ka paste dale usme namak aur haldi bhi dale aur adha cup pani dalkar dhak de aur low flame par 5 miniute pakaye
  7. Fir dhakan hatakar pumpkin leaves aur fried urad dal badi usme dale achhse mix karein aur fir se dhak kar sari sabjiyan galne tak pakaye
  8. Jab sabji gal jae aur sabji gravy ke tarah dikhe tab gas off karein aur rice ke sath serve karein
