  2. Pill skin of doodhi.cut it into 1½ inches round pieces.With the help of round cutter smaller then pieces of doodhi,give it ring shapes.In a broad pan heat 3 glasses of water.add baking powder.so that colour it doodhi will be very good and wiil be soft fast. As soon as it starts boiling add all the rings in it.and let it boil for 10 minutes. It will be slightly transparent,switch off gas.
  3. In another pan add 1cup sugar and 3 glass of water.let it boil.Add all rings cover it with a lid.boil it for 10 minutes. (After every 2 minutes turn the rings.).Let it cool.
  4. Fix saffron balls in these rings as shown in pic.Roll it in desiccated coconut.decirate with pistachio powder or any other thing.
  5. Our super juicy melt in mouth fast special sweet is ready.
