- Wash and boil all the assorted meat.season very well.
- Bleach palmoil fry the grinded ogbono stir and fry with stirring a spartula.fry for like 7minutes pour in the boiled assorted and stockfish stir very well pour in water and boil please dont cover so that it will draw very well.
- As is boiling round add pepper,okpei,crayfish,salt and knorr seasoning.boil for 7-10minutes slice the uziza leaves and pour in stir
