  1. Take tin & Grease, add 1 tbsp Maida & dusting in tin
  2. Preheat the kadhai
  3. Cover & preheat the kadhai
  4. Take a bowl & Sieve. Add 1 cup maida, ½ cup sugar powder,¼ milk powder, 1 tbsp vanila custard powder, 1 tsp baking powder, ½ baking soda and ¼ tsp salt
  5. Sieve all ingredients
  6. Mix well
  7. Take another bowl. Add ½ cup fresh curd, ¼ cup oil, ¼ tsp vanila essence,

  9. Add ½ cup milk & mix well
  10. Add dry ingredients & mix lightly
  11. Add 1 tsp lemon juice & mix well

  13. Bake in preheat kadhai in 5 min on medium flame and 40 minutes in low flame
  14. After 45 minutes
  15. Cool it and remove the Cake
  16. Cut it
