- Wash, spice and boil Goat meat for a bit then add in stockfish and allow cook till tender.
- Add 2- 3 cups water, depending on the volume of stock left from boiling the meat. Allow to boil.

- Add in ogbono, mix to incorporate and allow to cook, about 10mins.
- Add in Okro and ugu leaves, mix and let cook for 3mins. Put off heat.
