  5. Now take a nonstick pan, pour 1 big spoon of batter on pan. And again pour 1 tbsp on pan. Add veggies mix on that and press well. Add 1 tsp oil. Cook from both sides.
  6. Poha uttapams are ready. Make more uttapam with remaining batter. Serve hot with chutney.
