- Wash the beef and ice fish season and cook till it is soft then remove the ice fish. Debone the smoke fish, wash and slice the okro and ugwu
- In a clean pot on fire pour the palm oil let it get hot a bit then add the grinded ogbono and stir it till it well mix
- Then add the crayfish, pepper and okpeye stir it very well
- Add the sliced okro now add the meat stock and season, add the beef, ice fish and smoked fish
- Taste and check if season is ok cover and let it cook for some time
- Add the ugwu leaf bring it down and serve with any swallow of choice
