- Peel the apples to remove the skin. Grate the peeled apples.
- In a pan add Ghee let it melt add grated apples in a pan Saute them on a medium flame until all the water content is evaporated. Remove from heat.
- Once the cooked apples cool down, add them to the milk and mix well.
- Sprinkle the chopped almonds,Kesar and garnish the kheer.
- Apple Kheer is Ready to Serve.
