- Get Chuda/Poha/flattened rice
- Prepare curd
- Make ready chena / freshly made cottage cheese
- Make ready ripe bananas
- Prepare Sugar or jaggery
From western India, Poha, made from flattened rice, is an easy-to-cook, nutritious snack. It is often eaten for breakfast or brunch. Drain the poha completely to remove all water and add it to the above mix. Add the turmeric powder and stir well to blend all ingredients.
Steps to make Chuda Chakata / flattened rice mix:
- Wash the chuda/Poha/ flattened rice.
- Now take a big bowl & mashed 3 ripe bananas.
- Now add washed chuda/poha/flattened rice to it.
- Add chena/cottage cheese.
- Now add curd to it.
- Then add sugar/jaggery… It completely upto you. That what you want to add sugar or jaggery. And sweetness according to your taste.
- Mix them all. And that's it. Healthy, tasty & a quick serve breakfast is ready.
