  1. Get Boiled potato, sabudana (sago), green chilli, coriander, salt, black pepper, jeera powder, roasted peanuts, Ghee

Steps to make Sabudana Tikki:
  1. In a plate take 2 boiled potatoes, add 1 bowl of soaked sabudana (wash and soak for 2 hours as it will be bloomed).
  2. Add chopped coriander, chopped green chilli, 1 bowl roasted peanuts
  3. Add 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp jeera powder, salt (as per your taste)
  4. Mix and form a dough and,make round shape patties. In a pan add 2 tsp ghee and place all the patties on the pan. Spread ghee all around the patties. It will take 5 mins for each side to cook and crisp. Turn and cook. Serve hot with some ketchup and green chutney.

Sabudana tikki are patties made with sago and boiled potatoes, lots of peanuts and some fresh ingredients such as coriander, ginger, etc. These particular sabudana tikki come with a surprise inside. Place the sabudana tikki in the pan. When the base is lightly browned, flip and pan fry the other side. Serve sabudana tikki hot or warm with sauce or gree Chutney #sabudana.
