  11. Take 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  12. Make ready 1 tsp grated ginger

Steps to make Vegetable Momos:
  1. Take 1 cup Maida (plain Flour).
  2. Add a pinch of salt.
  3. Add lukewarm water step by step to make a dough.
  4. Once dough is ready; it will stop sticking to your hands. Then, cover it air tight with clinge wrap or wet cloth for 15 minutes
  5. Take cabbage, carrot, beans, a small green onion - all finel chopped and mix well. (Do NOT add salt till last stage)
  6. Add a clove of garlic, some grated ginger and finely chopped green chilli. (You can add Tofu / Paneer if you wish to)
  7. Saute all the vegetable in a pan with 1 tbsp olive oil and add salt according to taste. Saute untill the all the moisture is dried up. (DO NOT overcook)
  8. Mixture is ready. Let ot cool for 5 minutes.
  9. Now take out dough and cut it into small pieces.
  10. Take small pieces and make thin flattened roundels and make around 5-10 sheets quickly. (Do it very quickly otherwise sheets will loose there moisture and it will be difficult to shape them)
  11. Fill the roundels (maida sheets) with the prepared stuffing and seal the borders with little water.
  12. To make the momos shape, take the momo sheet and add little of vegetable mix in the center of maida sheet and then fold the sheet in half and seal the borders with little water. Then, again fold the folded shape into half.
  13. Make all the momos with the same technique.
  14. Now add 3 tbsp water in a pan and add all the momos into it and cover it with a lid. (cover the pan with a piece of cloth and then cover it with a lid so that moisture doesn't drip on the momos)
  15. Cook it for 12 minutes.
  16. Momos are ready. Serve hot with momo chutney / mayonnise.
