- Switch off the flame, add remaining springs and keep them aside.
- Now take a small size dough ball, flatten it and roll it with a rolling pin to a medium circle(thin).

- Heat a steamer, place your momos but be sure they don't touch other.
- Let them steam for 10-12 minutes. Keep checking, once a shiny film develops on them, take them out.
