  2. Second dry roast poha third dry roast badam.
  3. When roasted will look like in the pic. Put it in mixy with salt and and make it a powder.
  4. Add oil curry leave hing then add the powder roast it a bit to it add water and mix without lumps then cook for 5 mins.
  5. Cool then mix buttermilk and serve.

Horsegram idli / Kollu idli is a traditional Konkani breakfast recipe. A twist ot the usual idli batter of rice and urad dal with the addition of horse gram. The three grains are soaked, ground and mixed together and allow to ferment. This fermentation process give it the fluffy texture. Horsegram/Kollu rasam cures the symptoms of cold and cough.
