  2. Take 4 medium small bowl wheat flour
  3. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon ajwain
  4. Take 3 teaspoons ghee

  8. Take 2 cups toor dal soaked
  9. Take 2 cups mansoor dal soaked

  11. Get 5-6 green chillies ,slit
  12. Take 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
  13. Prepare 1/4 spoon cumin seeds
  14. Prepare Pinch hing
  15. Prepare 2 teaspoons red chilli powder
  16. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  17. Take 7-8 Curry leaves
  18. Prepare as required Coriander leaves for sprinkle

  20. Get 7-8 garlic chopped
  21. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  22. Prepare 2 tablespoons ghee

  1. For baati… Take wheat flour add ajwain salt and ghee and knead it properly to form lump.. If lump not formed add more little ghee.. If lump formed means now it's time to knead flour with water
  2. Now add water as required and knead the flour with khasta medium not too soft otherwise baati will not formed properly.. Knead dough and rest dough for 5 mins.. And later make medium size ball from dough
  3. After formation of balls boil water for 5 mins and add the baati balls water and boil it for 10 to 15 mins on medium flame
  4. After boiling remove baati balls from water and keep aside and cut the baati into 4 pieces and keep aside for 5 mins
  5. Now add 1tspoon ghee in kadai and 2big spoon oil and heat it properly than add pieces of baati and fry it on medium flame to get crispy baati
  6. For daal preparation… Add 1 and Half tspoon oil add mustard in it… As it get splitters add pinch hing and cumin seeds.. Later add tomatoes and mix it well..as tomatoes get soft than add red chilli powder turmeric powder curry leaves and salt and mix it properly for 5 mins… Later add soaked daal.. And water mix it and give 2 whistle in pressure cooker
  7. Now after whistle gets cool.. Remove cooker lid and smash the daal..add water 1 cup boil it for 2 to 3 mins and slow the flame.. On other side make tadka… Add ghee in small pan as ghee melts add cumin seeds.. Later add Garlic chopped.. And saute it till garlic become golden brown.. And later add tadka on daal
  8. Mix the daal properly for 2mins. On medium flame.. Now add coriander leaves..
  9. Now as daal baati is ready… Take some baati and make it churma with hand or mixer.. And enjoy this daal baati churma 😊
