Steps to make Shahi tikki:

  7. Now add kaju and kishmish and off the gas add chopped corinder leaves and mix keep aside for cooling.
  8. Making of tikki:
  9. Put some oil on hands rub take a piece from potato mixture and flat it and then add some stuffing and close it slowly so that tikki does not break,make all like that.
  10. Now heat oil in a pan for frying tikki add one by one tikki and fry from both side till crisp.Make all like that
  11. Platting: Now take a plate keep tikki and break from between add curd,green chutney,imli chutney,salt,jeera powder,chat masala on it.
