- Making of tikki:
- Put some oil on hands rub take a piece from potato mixture and flat it and then add some stuffing and close it slowly so that tikki does not break,make all like that.
- Now heat oil in a pan for frying tikki add one by one tikki and fry from both side till crisp.Make all like that
- Platting: Now take a plate keep tikki and break from between add curd,green chutney,imli chutney,salt,jeera powder,chat masala on it.
- Now garnish with sev, chopped onion and chopped coriander leaves
