  3. Lastly add the fresh slices of scent leaves and simmer on low heat for 3-5mins and bingo, your delicious cowtail pepper soup is ready to enjoy.
  4. Please note, I use fresh peppers with a bit of black pepper to get the soup looking this way. I always avoid dried peppers in my peppersoup, because it kinda of darkens the soup and fresh pepper grinded with fresh yellow pepper hived the soup more flavour and bring the colour alive…😊😅😀😁🤣
