First washed the palak and drained the water and boil the leaf in half of water in a wok for a min.then take out the boil palak leaves and drained the water and blended to a paste of palak,and keep aside.at the same time chopped the cauliflower washed and bring it to a boil.drained the water and keep aside. Heat the pan with 1 tbs of oil and fry the chopped cauliflower,peas,potato,till it's turn soft.take out in a plate and keep aside for later use.

  3. After 5 mins add the fried vegetables in a palak,tomato gravy, stirring for sometime till it's get well mixed with the spices and puree.Cook for next 15 mins in a low flame.
  4. If it's done switch off the flame and serve it with rice.
