  5. The cooker is preheated now. Place the made bati balls in it and close the lid. Make sure to out 3 to 5 batis in one go so that they can be shaken well.
  6. In every 3 to 4 min, shake the cooker and then open and cross check. If required, put a tbsp ghee so that the bati gets steamed well.
  7. It takes 20 to 25min for each cycle. (Baki ka tootna start hona uske banne ki nishani hai)
  8. Dip the bati in ghee and place it in a plate and serve it hot with dal..
