- To this add the soaked rice and discard the water and mix. Add green peas.
- Add about 1 and a 1/2 cup of water to this. Close this with a lid and allow it to cook in medium heat for 15-17 minutes.
- After about 15 minutes open the lid and check if the rice is cooked. Using a fork mix the rice and garnish it with chopped mint leaves.
- Serve it hot and enjoy it with your favorite raitha.
