- Cream together butter and sugar then add in honey
- Add in egg and vanilla and mix together
- In a separate bowl mix together flour, salt, baking powder
- Stir dry ingredients into wet.
- Stir in milk
- Now add the smoothie pulp, nuts and raisins and mix well
- Pour batter into cupcake tin, about 3/4ths of the way full
- Bake cupcakes at 350 for 18 minutes.
- These taste great without frosting but I added a cream cheese frosting. Enjoy !
