  3. Add onions, turmeric, chillies,coriander leaves and salt to batter. Mix well, batter consistency should be watery.
  4. Pour some batter on tawa and tilt tawa to spread batter all over the tawa. Apply oil, Cover lid cook for 1 minute. Open lid and cook till get roasted. Flip the dosa roast and serve hot with chutney.
  5. Plain rawa dosa can be prepared with adding onions.
