  5. Heat Appam pan on low flame put all this baties in it. Cover it and cook on medium flame by flipping it. Cook it till golden brown from all the sides.
  6. Remove from pan and add in melted pure ghee before serving.
  7. Serve hot with dal.Or you can serve it with chutney or sauce if you like.
