- Take 2 Cheese Cubes, grated
- Prepare as required Water

Instructions to make T's Bomb Red Pasta:
- Boil the pasta in sufficient water, adding a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon oil for 6-8 mins or till done.
- Drain the cooked pasta, rinse under running water, allow it to cool. Set aside.
- Add the tomatoes to a mixer jar, add 4-5 garlic cloves. Blend into a smooth puree. Set aside.
- Heat the olive oil, add the chopped garlic cloves and the ginger, saute briskly until it turns golden brown.
- Add the onions, saute briskly until translucent. Add the red chilli powder.
- Add the garam masala powder, saute briskly.
- Add the garlic-tomato puree, saute.
- Add the schezwan and hot and sweet sauces. Saute.
- Add salt to taste and the oregano seasoning.
- As the tomato puree starts to leave the sides of the pan, add 1/4th cup of water, mix & cook for 30 seconds.
- Add the cooked and cooled pasta. Gently mix and cook in till the tomato sauce coats it well.
- Adjust the salt. You can add more hot and sweet sauce too if you wish. Cook for a minute, take off heat.
- Serve topped with some grated cheese and a sprinkling of oregano seasoning.
