- Firstly wash and keep the palak leaves in boiling water for 2minutes and take out the leaves.cool them.now in a mixi jar make a paste of palak leaves,green chillies and ginger.mix this paste in a dosa batter and make a dosa on tawa.top the dosa with grated carrot,finely chopped onions and jeera.
- Onion chutney -chop the onions into cubes.now heat some oil in a wok and fry the onions until they changes their colour.now fry the green chillies and cool them.make a fine paste of fried onions, green chillies, jeera and salt and chutney will be ready
- Coconut chutney-in a mixi jar first make a fine powder of fried chana dal,jeera and salt.in that add grated coconut and green chillies and make a fine paste.now make a tadkha with urad dal,jeera, mustard seeds, curry leaves,and red chillies and mix this in chutney
