- Put peas and beans in microwave safe bowl and cook f0r 2-3 minutes.

- Add peas and beans and again stir everything well.
- Now add cooked rice to the tawa masala and mix till all the rice is well coated with the masala.
- Cook for a minute and then add chopped bell pepper and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Turn of the gas squeeze in fresh lemon juice, mix and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve tawa pulao with raita of your choice or plain curd with onion-lemon salad.
